In my eyes, Evergreen Ford has repeatedly given me outstanding customer service. Giving just two examples, I have a 1990 Ford Aerostar that is more of a utility vehicle for me. Not long after I bought it, I brought it to Evergreen for just some ordinary servicing and an oil change. Carl Venis told me there was a "recall from Ford" on the master brake cylinder that had never been taken care of. He contacted Ford and did a search through other dealerships to find the master brake cylinder for me. I would not have expected that on a vehicle that is now nearly 20 years old! Another time, I responded to a tire sale advertisement but found my "old van" had tires that were not usually in stock. Carl Venis found a pair for me checking the network. Carl showed a great deal of caring and concern for my needs every time I came in.
