We found the car that we're looking for but the price is on the higher end of our budget. They give us a good deal for trade in so we go for it. My 2011 Edge wouldn't start so I called Evergreen Ford Service and told them to expect it. It was also due for a 90k service and I asked if they might be able to squeeze it in while they checked out my starting problem. I knew it might be the battery but feared it was something bigger. AAA towed the car and I spoke with Monica who asked some questions and told me that they would be able to perform the 90k service. Everything went well and Carl, the shuttle driver, picked me up at home and took me down to pick up my car. Both Monica and Carl provided great customer service. The Edge just needed a new battery so that was also good news. It has been a good car and I'm hoping to keep it for another 50-100k miles. Thank you Evergreen Ford.
