Mr. Nick Rossman was extremely helpful to me. On checking in, he knew I was coming, got the car into the actual service bay very quickly. We discussed what needed to be done. After the service, he went over all the steps taken. We discussed when the next service was due. There were no known problems identified.

I had an unidentified noise under the hood which I suspected might make my vehicle unsafe to drive. After speaking with a technician, she agreed it might be unsafe and arranged for me to drop the car in a full day earlier than my original booking slot. Although they were strictly fully booked, she said they would try to fit it in. Fortunately for me, the service team did manage to get round to looking at the car a day early, as the problem turned out to be in the braking system, and required a part which had to be ordered overnight. I am very grateful to the service team, and technician Brenda in particular, for listening to my concerns and being so flexible. I needed the vehicle back no later than close of business on the day it had originally been booked in for, as my husband was leaving on a two week trip. It was ready with a couple of hours to spare. As always, I was kept fully informed about what was wrong, and the cost of the repair. Thank you.
