Yes, I glad to find your dealership and service department, especially we had horrible experiences with Sound Ford, and then we went to Kirkland Ford. We weren't quite with Kirkland Ford's services until we found you. Your dealership and service department is beyond and far impressive with their professional, polite, honest, clean, and first class with any customer. We almost have officially no longer interesting to buy Ford vehicle agon after our experiences with two last Ford dealerships, especially Sound Ford. Sound Ford is the worst dealership we've seen and known. Until we found you, we now may consider to buy Ford again in the future when we'd buy other vehicle because we know your dealership is trustable and reliable from sales to service department. I also have highly respect for this service person who is now pregnancy with two twin boys; she knows how to help customers with her highly qualified and skilled in order to work on any issues with any person. I brought my 2013 Ford Explorer into the service dept for an oil change and to have the mechanic diagnose a squealing sound coming from the engine compartment. Since this squealing sound only seems to occur when it rains, I wasn't sure if the mechanic could duplicate the sound to find the problem. However, he did fix the problem by replacing the belt and belt tensioner and no more squealing sound! Sophia Mendez was my service advisor and she always does a great job keeping me informed on my vehicle's progress during the repair and after-repair summary.

Dan and his staff have been very professional and courteous towards me since moving up to the Pacific Northwest. The greeted me with open arms and helped resolve the problems with my Ford Focus. I had gone to two California dealerships regarding my issues with no results. The minute I brought it into Evergreen Ford Dan and his service agent Josh new exactly what to look for and were very accommodating in getting the new part. Brenda has always been very helpful as well when making appointments around my inconsistent work schedule as well as the front desk receptionist. It is nice to come into a business these days and feel welcome. Especially, when I have to wait for my car to be serviced.
