Wow – What a professional outfit! I visited the website, found a vehicle i was interested in and called the dealership. Andrew Wight in sales took my call. He went out and took a video of the vehicle and e-mailed it to me and we set up an appointment. I bought the vehicle. Needed a spray in bedliner and Andrew got it installed so i could pick up the vehicle next day. Sales manager, Casey, & the ENGLISHMAN also were excellent. Great experience.

My exceptional experiences have started and ended with Jeff Renati. I have had my Ford Taurus in several times to be worked on. Each time he has made it a priority to inform me on what to expect with the service, answer all of my questions and assist with transportation to and from work. He even offered to drive me himself to the car rental place so I would not be late for work! Who does that- esp. at a dealership service dept?! Jeff is very professional and does a great job at communicating with me throughout the day on the status of my car. If something goes wrong he does not hesitate to make it right, and he personally takes it on himself to follow up on your vehicle until it is delivered back into your hands. His customer service is top notch and it stands out compared to the service I have had at other service departments. He is and will continue to be my “go to” for Ford auto service as I know I will be taken care of!

First off, the entire experience went like clockwork thanks to the impeccable performance of Brenda Lane. In my 30 years of servicing new vehicles I have not encountered a better service writer. She’s a real asset to your business. I can always trust that she is using Lincoln certified master technicians, which is the expectation when buying a premium brand. Hats off to them as well, they did fine work on the service items. My wife’s MKC is now shifting like it should. Secondly, I’ll just add that there’s an overall courteous atmosphere in your service department ; and Kyle is a genuine ambassador to your dealership. Although Ray and Mike are my favorite sellers (in the industry), the auto experience is ultimately rated on how well they’re Serviced. They all break, regardless of the brand, it’s the service that makes them shine.

I came in late in the afternoon for my 30k servicing appointment, expecting to leave the car overnight. To my surprise, I was told the service would take maybe 90 minutes, and it was completed even faster than that. The service representative was efficient, clear, helpful, courteous and very informative. We have had an ongoing problem with our AC since we started our lease, and had taken it in once before to only have the problem resurface. This time, the team was able to narrow down the problem and fix it for good! I have a small baby, and they made sure we didn’t leave without a working AC so that we can ride safely in our car as the summer temperatures get hot. As my baby and I waited for several hours for a fix, Sophia stepped in and got us a rental car so that we could wait in the comfort of our home and return the next day to pick up our vehicle.
